Palmyra Team Places 4th at ECNC Golf Tournament

Nate S. Takes Individual Runner-Up

What turned out to be one of the windiest days in golf meet memory, Nate S. somehow took advantage of and finished his round with a 91, which gave him the ECNC runner-up medal.

The wind at times blew as strong as 50mph, but that didn't stop the ECNC tournament from taking place. A cool start to the morning led to a warm day with gusty winds. The Panthers ended up 4th in the team standings with a 435, falling only 14 strokes out of 3rd place. Elmwood-Murdock won the team title with a 377, followed by Weeping Water's 404 and Johnson County Central's 421.

The individual title was given to Kevin Zoz of Elmwood-Murdock with a round of 85. The Panthers look to improve on their team score when they host the Palmyra Invite on April 23rd.
