Pre-School Visits 3rd Grade
Last week Mrs. Cheney’s pre-school friends had the chance to come over to the “big” building and read with Miss Winter’s third grade students. The third graders got to pick one or two books that they thought their pre-school friend would enjoy. When books were finished the third grade students took their new pre-school friends on a tour of their classroom and everyone had a few minutes to check things out. The pre-schoolers were amazed at how large the third graders desks and chairs were.
After a big thank you to the pre-schoolers for coming over to read with us, they returned back to their building. We are all hoping next time we can read a book outside together!
