Pamela and Kyle McCauley

Hi! My name is Pamela McCauley and this is my second year as the Bennet-Palmyra speech-language pathologist. I have really enjoyed getting to know the students and families of Bennet/Palmyra!

I graduated from High School in New Mexico, received my B.A. in communication sciences and disorders from Harding University in Arkansas, and moved to Nebraska to earn my M.S. in speech-language pathology from UNL.

I am married to Kyle, and we have enjoyed all that Nebraska has to offer--apple orchards, pumpkin patches, strawberries, farming culture, bike trails, nearby camp sites, great people, and so much more!

As the speech therapist for the district, I see students of all ages--birth to 21. I spend time at home visits and at the preschool, elementary, and junior/senior high schools. I help with the evaluation of students as well as provide therapy services. I work with students on anything related to communication--speech sounds, grammar skills, listening skills, understanding/comprehension, stuttering, reading, writing, voice, social skills, learning to use words (toddlers), etc. I love being a part of an educational team to help our students grow and succeed!

My favorite part of my job is watching students make progress on their educational and personal goals!
