Mr. Hoeft 9-12 Special Education Teacher

by Aaron Hoeft

Hello, I am Mr. Hoeft.  I am the 9-12 Special Education Teacher and Boys/Girls Golf coach at Palmyra High School.  In the next couple of paragraphs you will get to know a little about me and what I like to do.

I am originally from David City, a small town in East-Central Nebraska.  There I graduated from David City High School in 1996.  I went on to college at Doane in Crete where I majored in K-12 Special Education.    I have been at Palmyra since August of 2000 teaching and coaching.  I am working on my Masters and hope to be finished in the next year or two.

I have been married for 6 years and my wife and I have 3 kids.  In my free time during the summer I like to play golf whenever possible and spend time with my kids, ages 1, 3 and 5.  During the winter months I also officiate high school and small college basketball.  Other hobbies include snowmobile riding, bowling and hunting pheasants, quail and deer with friends and family.
