HS Mathematics
My name is Tyler Maas and I’m the upper-level Mathematics Instructor at PHS. My courses include Calculus, Pre-Calculus, Algebra II, and Algebra I.
My other duties include coaching Varsity Football, where I serve as the Offensive Coordinator, and being the Head Boys’ Basketball Coach. I also serve as the coordinator of the Strength and Conditioning Program in the summer and off-season.
I graduated from Wayne State College with a B.S. in Mathematics and a coaching endorsement. After receiving my Bachelor’s degree, I returned to get my 7-12 Teaching Endorsement. I am currently working towards a Master’s Degree from Peru State College.
My hobbies include golfing in the summer, and bowling in the winter. I enjoy traveling to tournaments in both sports with my friends, who are just as competitive as I am.
