General Information: Growing up in a small Nebraska town planted the roots for me to teach in a small, personal school district in which I can be active with the students. McCook Community College was my first stop in my educational career. After earning degrees from MCC, I moved on to the University of Nebraska-Lincoln to complete my B.A. as well as a M.A. in education. I next earned a M.A. in Education Administration. Finally, I taught evening classes at area colleges for the past 28 years, including the past 12 years in the counseling department at Doane University. This is year 31 in my journey as an educator. I can't wait to see what the next 12 years will bring...
