K-6 Chorus and Band Entertain Packed House

Doing the "Blitzen Boogie".

Bennet students provided entertainment to onlookers Tuesday, December 2 in the high school gymnasium. The fifth and sixth grade band took the floor first and entertained friends and family with a variety of holiday songs.

Fourth Graders sing of rememberance for holidays past.
Next, the chorus took the stage. The program began strong with grades K-6 lining up for their own rendition of "The Everlasting Fruitcake". Like many adults, the performers couldn't quite figure out how that pesky holiday fruitcake returns year after year. With a total of eight songs, each grade had an opportunity to shine as a class.

The evening wrapped up, though, with another grand celebration of all 248 performers taking the stage to engage the audience in a production of Jingle Bells.

Let us know what you thought about the performance.
