Palmyra Family and Conusmer Science (FASC) classes worked on pies to serve before and during intermisson of the shool play.  Students made graham cracker and pastry crust to later be filled with fruit and cream fillings.  They made apple, pecan. pumpkin, cherry, lemon, chocolate, coconut, banana cream, butterscotch and cheese cake to name some.  I believe those attending the play enjoyed the selection.

Students were involed in what pies were going to be made.  They got to see how cost determines the price of the pie and whether it fit the priicing already set.  A good learning experience over all.
