Elementary Art Show

The annual art show was held the last week at Bennet Elementary with some great artwork on display!  One outstanding art piece was selected to represent each class.  Artwork was then voted on by school staff.  Artwork receiving the most votes will have their piece framed and on display in school next year.  Students having artwork in the show this year included: Braelyn K-bear with heart, Walter S-Wayne Thiebaud gumball machine, Kelsey S-color wheel giraffe, Amelia P-color wheel giraffe, Devynn V-Picasso flowers, Aniston B-Monet's frog, Ava C-complementary color bugs, Ayden K-Grant Wood's farm, Carter H-origami dog, Bella C-Wayne Thiebaud value scale ice cream cone, Maisie L-Matisse fish bowl,  Bettie C-Matisse koi fish pond, Brooke M-op art color wheel, and Addison B-radial symmetry design.  Winners from this year's contest included K-3 division: Ember L-sunflower weaving. The 4-6 division: Madison D-watercolor landscape.  Congratulations to all the participants and winners!
