District Members Meet to Research District Goals

During the summer of 2018, over 30 members, parents, business leaders, teachers, staff, and school administrators attended multiple strategic planning sessions.  After the initial meetings, groups continued to meet throughout the summer to finalize recommendations on action plans for three District OR1 goals.  Below are the goals.  For more information about each goal, click on the goal to navigate to the full goal worksheet.

Strategic Goal 1: By 2020 District OR-1 Public Schools will provide the facilities needed to be competitive with other area schools in athletics and fine arts programs.

Strategic Goal 2: By 2019, District OR-1 Public Schools will foster a unified community.

Strategic Goal 3: The District OR-1 Schools District will continuously implement (academic) programs and the curriculum needed to remain competitive with other area schools.
